P.P.Savani Cambridge International School, Surat organized its Graduation Ceremony 2023 for the outgoing batch of Grade XII on the 10th of June in the small auditorium. The dignitaries on the occasion were our trustees, Mr. Himmatbhai Savani and Mr. Jaimin Rajyaguru, Director of Academics and Operations – Mr. Pranay Jardosh and Dr. Manisha Saxena, a renowned pediatrician and novelist.
The programme commenced at 11 a.m. with the academic procession of the outgoing students in their graduating day dress followed by an Invocation song by the school choir, the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the dignitaries and felicitation of the chief guest.
Speaking on the occasion, Principal Ms. Nisha Paryani congratulated the graduating students on their excellent A level results and wished them all success in their future endeavours. Just to make the graduation day more meaningful, students of Grade XI dedicated a short video titled ‘Nostalgic Moments’ capturing the fun Grade XII had in their tenure in the school. Everyone cherished the moments through this heartwarming video. In his speech, Rudra Goti of Grade XII Science reminisced the unforgettable moments his batch had with their seniors.
Mr. Himmatbhai Savani then felicitated the graduating students with certificates. In the award ceremony that followed, students with outstanding results in their IGCSE, AS level and A level examinations were honoured with certificates and trophies by the dignitaries.
After receiving the most coveted award of ‘The Outstanding Achiever’ from the principal, Master Megh Thakkar thanked the teachers and the entire school community for all his accomplishments throughout his twelve years in the school.
After an entertaining dance performance paying tribute to the graduating students by the juniors, Dr. Manisha Saxena, the chief guest of the day, counseled the graduating students to hold fast to their dreams and to never give up until the goal was reached. Mr. Kunal Raval, one of the anchors of the day along with Ms. Prasashya Chaudhari, proposed a vote of thanks.
The Graduation Day concluded with the National Anthem and a photo session.
