The Elocution Competition held in our school on 06/10/23 showcased the eloquence and confidence of our young learners, divided into two distinct groups: Grade I – II and Grade III – V. The overall performance was remarkable, reflecting the diligent efforts of both the students and their mentors.
In the Grade I – II category, the children exhibited impressive self-assurance as they tackled diverse topics. The speeches ranged from “Why I Love My School” to imaginative themes like “If I Were a Butterfly” and “My Dream Superpower.” It was heartening to witness such young speakers articulate their thoughts with clarity and conviction.
The Grade III – V category, meanwhile, delved into more complex subjects, with students discussing “Online Safety” and “Space Exploration.” The participants not only exhibited fluency in their language but also adhered closely to the thematic content. Their speeches were not only informative but also thought-provoking, reflecting a commendable understanding of the topics.
Overall, the Elocution Competition showcased the students’ burgeoning confidence and their ability to express themselves eloquently. These young talents left a lasting impression, highlighting the importance of encouraging public speaking skills and fostering a love for learning in our school.
