Recycled Art Competition (Grades 1 to 5)

Inter-house rec-cycled art competition was organized by P.P. Savani Cambridge International school, Surat for grades I to V under the leadership and guidance of our Principal, MS. Anjali Varma and Primary head, MS. Roopa Shridhar Narayan on 1st August’2025.
The competition aimed at promoting environmental awareness and creativity among students on one hand and on the other, aimed at encouraging young minds to explore the concept of sustainability through art using recycled and reused materials.
Young minds from all the four houses -Kohinoor, Millennium, Sancy and Hope actively participated in the competition showcasing their creative flair, enthusiasm and strong understanding of sustainability while creating imaginative pieces of art using recyclable materials such as match boxes, plastic bottles, cardboard boxes, bottle caps, fabric scraps and newspapers.
The primary inter-house recycled art competition was a resounding success as it fostered creativity and eco-consciousness among the students.
Events like these go a long way in instilling values of sustainability in the mindset of young learners and showcasing how ‘one person’s trash can become another’s treasure’.
