become a leader, success is all about growing others.
Investiture ceremony is an important occasion where a school entrusts its
upcoming leaders with certain roles and responsibilities. Delegation of
responsibility and giving authority to children is important as it teaches them
lifelong skills of being powerful and caring at the same time.
The Investiture Ceremony of PPSCIS for the academic session 2022-2023 was
held with great pomp and dignity in a special ceremony at the school’s Mini
Auditorium. The event was presided over by the Trustees Mr. Himmatbhai
Savani and Mr. Jaimin Rajyaguru, the Director of PPSCIS Mr. Pranay Jardosh
and the school Principal Ms. Nisha Paryani. It was conducted with a high
degree of earnestness and passion.
The Investiture ceremony signifies the reliance and confidence that the
school consigns in the newly invested office bearers. Donning the mantle of
accountability, they also pledge to bestow their duties to the best of their
abilities. We believe that this child centric approach will frame a responsible
The ceremony was held with lots of zeal and zest. It commenced with the
lighting of the lamp followed by Saraswati Vandana, which signifies removal

To increase the enthusiasm of the students the school choir group
performed an encouraging song under the guidance of our music teacher
Ms. Jalpa Kundaliya, also there was a thematic dance performed by the
students of secondary school choreographed by our Dance teacher Mr. Irfan
Pathan. There was a very beautiful resolution wall on display designed and
made by our art teacher Mr. Shlok Dhakhada, which displayed the
resolutions of the elected council members.
The elected Leaders’ profiles were displayed on the Screen as they
approached the stage and took their positions. They were conferred with
badges and sashes by Honorable dignitaries and their proud parents. The
students’ council took the pledge to hold the school motto of Loyalty, Truth
and Honour in high esteem. Mr. Himmatbhai Savani and Mr. Jaimin
Rajyaguru signed the Constitution of PPSCIS and rolled it for implementation,
following which the head boy and head girl also signed the constitution as an
acceptance of the document. The Chief Guest congratulated them and
admonished them to be impartial and honest in discharging their duties. He
also exhorted them to uphold the values. He reminded them that with
position comes responsibility towards themselves, their school and peers
and struggles help one to achieve heights.
The students’ council took the Oath to hold the school motto of Loyalty,
Truth and Honour in high esteem which was led by Principal Ms Nisha
Our Principal Ms. Nisha Paryani also appreciated and congratulated them.
She advised them to be role models and extended a supporting hand to the
teachers for the smooth running of the school. The council members posed
happily with the dignitaries and their house masters and Parents for pictures
that will be embedded in their memories forever. The function concluded
