P. P. Savani Cambridge International School celebrated Doctors’ Day with great enthusiasm on 1st July 2026 (Wednesday). The celebration aimed to express gratitude towards doctors for their selfless service and to create awareness among students about the importance of health and hygiene.
As a part of the celebration, students from Nursery to Grade 4 underwent a Dental Check-up Camp conducted by the expert dental team from Kiran Hospital. The doctors carefully examined the students’ oral health and provided valuable guidance on maintaining proper dental hygiene. They explained the correct way to brush teeth, the importance of keeping teeth clean, and encouraged children to eat healthy, nutritious foods while avoiding excessive sugary snacks and drinks.
To make the learning experience more engaging, the Pre-Primary students participated in a delightful Role Play Activity, where they dressed up as doctors, nurses, and patients. A well-planned hospital set-up was created to help children understand how a hospital functions, the roles of healthcare professionals, and the process followed when visiting a hospital. The activity was both educational and enjoyable, helping students overcome fear of hospitals and appreciate the dedication of medical professionals.
The celebration was highly informative, interactive, and meaningful. It helped students understand the importance of maintaining good health while expressing gratitude towards the medical fraternity. Overall, it was a memorable and wonderful celebration that enriched the learning experience of all the students.
